1. The Service

RILIO is a video storytelling app. Creators record a story, invite participants to add short video clips, and receive an edited video. Using the app means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Community Rules — Zero Tolerance

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not upload, record or share content that is:

  • sexual, pornographic or sexually suggestive involving anyone;
  • violent, threatening, hateful or discriminatory;
  • harassing, bullying or invading someone's privacy;
  • illegal, or infringing someone else's rights (including copyright);
  • involving minors without a parent's or guardian's consent.

Every story in the community can be reported and every creator can be blocked from the story's menu (⋯). Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and users who post it are removed from the service.

3. Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you create. By uploading content you grant RILIO a limited license to process, store and display it only to provide the service (for example, to build the shared video and show it to the people you shared it with, or in the community if you chose to publish it there).

Only record people who agreed to take part. Do not publish a final video publicly without the consent of everyone who appears in it.

4. Storage

RILIO does not guarantee permanent storage. Participant clips may be deleted after the final video is created. Keep your own copy of anything you want to preserve.

5. Accounts

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms.

6. Minimum Age

The service is intended for users aged 13 and above. Users under 18 need a parent's or guardian's consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

RILIO is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, RILIO is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

RILIO היא אפליקציה לסיפורים בווידאו. השימוש באפליקציה מהווה הסכמה לתנאים אלה ולמדיניות הפרטיות.

אין סובלנות לתוכן פוגעני או למשתמשים פוגעניים. אסור להעלות תוכן מיני, אלים, מאיים, שונא, מטריד, לא חוקי, מפר זכויות, או תוכן המערב קטינים ללא הסכמת הורה.

כל סיפור בקהילה ניתן לדיווח, וכל יוצר ניתן לחסימה, דרך תפריט הסיפור (⋯). דיווחים נבדקים תוך 24 שעות. תוכן שמפר את הכללים יוסר, ומשתמשים שמעלים אותו יורחקו מהשירות.

התוכן שלך נשאר בבעלותך. RILIO משתמשת בו רק לצורך מתן השירות. צלם רק אנשים שהסכימו להשתתף, ואל תפרסם סרט סופי באופן ציבורי בלי הסכמת כל המשתתפים.

אין התחייבות לאחסון קבוע. ניתן למחוק את החשבון בכל עת בהגדרות. השירות מיועד לבני 13 ומעלה; מתחת לגיל 18 נדרשת הסכמת הורה.
